Wedding Planning during Covid

Updated: Jun 18, 2020

It goes without saying that this has been a truly challenging time for couples who had planned their wedding in 2020.

Celebrations have been postponed to later in the year, with some even postponed again as restrictions show no signs of allowing large gatherings in the near future.

I have had clients in this position and have offered to supply them with free Date Change cards to send to their guests, just as a formal reminder of their new date. Times are stressful enough without the added stress of rearranging a much anticipated wedding and this seems like the least I can do to help.

As times continue to be uncertain, I would like to extend this offer to any couples who are currently trying to plan their wedding.

If you buy your invitations from me and subsequently have to change your date - for whatever reason - I will provide free, customised, double-sided, postcard-size Date Change cards that can easily be popped in the post. I will design these cards to complement your original invitations, customised with your choice of wording.

While none of us can predict exactly when we will be able to have certainty in planning ahead, I can hopefully make it easier for you to let your guests know about any changes to your date.

The above card features the Serendipity design. You can check out my other graphic designs, commissioned from talented contemporary artist, Ruth Slater here.
